Ghanaian artiste Kofi Kinaata who is known for producing songs with thought-provoking lyrics is contemplating the kind of song to release in the wake of the harsh economic conditions in Ghana at present.

In a tweet, he asked his followers whether to release a danceable song or one that has a message to mull over.

“Assey ndwom ne dze plenty oo na the way the economy make, I don’t know whether you guys want music to dance to or music for thinking.”

While some are asking him to produce music that can change the economy, others think otherwise.

“Give us something make we dance na overthinking no Dey solve problem,” @JahSoloGH tweeted,

A lot of Ghanaians are complaining about the hikes in prices of commodities in the country as a result of increases in fuel prices.

This has become a major topic for discussion on various platforms across the nation.

Kofi Kinaata is known for songs such as ‘Things Fall Apart’, ‘Susuka’, ‘Thy Grace’, ‘Have Mercy’, among others.
