Nigerian music star, Davido Adeleke, also known as Davido, welcomed his wife Chioma back home in style after she recently gave birth to twins in the United States.
According to blogger Tundeednut, the singer surprised Chioma with luxury bags worth over N100 million as a welcome home gift.
Photos shared by the blogger show three bags from different designer brands, propped up with two teddies with blue and pink ribbons. Beautiful balloons, ribbons, flowers, and lights adorned the set-up.
The couple welcomed the twins after losing their son, Ifeanyi, last year. Davido had hinted at Chioma’s pregnancy in his song “In The Garden,” featuring Morravey. He had also tweeted that the week of his twins’ birth would be his best so far.
The news of the twins’ birth was finally confirmed after a video of Davido and Chioma leaving the hospital with their twins surfaced online.
In an interview, Davido revealed how he and Chioma found out about the pregnancy. He said they were both shocked and excited. He also noted that the twins were born in the same month as his late son, Ifeanyi.
