Nigel Gaisie, the founder of Prophetic Hill Chapel in Accra, has revealed that he refused a lucrative offer of a Range Rover and 1.6 million Ghanaian cedis from a member of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP).
The offer was made to Gaisie on the condition that he would use his spiritual powers to paralyze the current Chief of Staff, Frema Osei Opare. However, Gaisie declined the offer.
In a now-viral video which is an extract of an interview on Abeiku Santana’s Atuu show and aired recently, the popular man of God who has courted many controversies, particularly for his prophecies, said even though he had the power to grant such a wish, he didn’t do it.
Nigel Gaisie narrated that the said man, now deceased, had come to him to paralyze Madam Frema Opare with the intention of being appointed the Chief of Staff since President Akufo Addo had promised him the position prior to winning power.
“One of their people came to me that I should pray for him because the current President, Nana Akufo-Addo had promised him the position of Chief of Staff. The person came with a white Range Rover and an amount of GH¢1.6 million which is 1.6 billion in old Ghanaian currency equivalent. He came with his bodyguard who is a soldier but I didn’t do it,” he said.
When the host, Abeiku Santana asked him if he could provide evidence when called to prove his claims, he said he was speaking his truth and those close to him attested that he was a truthful person.
