Bukom Banku alleges three of his wives are planning to marry his cousin after fleeing their marriage

Three out of my five wives have departed from our marital union, planning to  marry my cousin, as disclosed by Ghanaian boxer Braimah Isaac Kamoko, widely known as Bukom Banku.

Although marriages are often anticipated to be enduring, the popular boxer revealed this development during an interview on Ayekoo Ayekoo with Akua Sonto on Accra 100.5 FM.

Bukom Banku characterized the departure of three of his wives as a “gradual process” when responding to a question about the reasons behind their exit. When asked about the circumstances leading to their departure, he cryptically remarked, “It’s a long [story].”

Emphasizing his charisma, he stated, “I’m a fine boy… women love me. If you love me, I’ll love you. Love the person who loves you, and forget your haters and enemies. Don’t love your enemies.”

Contrary to his previous admissions of physically mistreating his wives, Bukom Banku clarified that such behaviour was not the cause of their departure, asserting that he had ceased such “foolishness” as it was “not good for me.”

Instead, he attributed their leaving to a lack of respect, stating, “They did nothing bad to me, they were not respectful. If you don’t respect me, I’ll write you off.”

During the interview, it was disclosed that Bukom Banku is engaged in extramarital affairs and is currently in a relationship with his cousin, Martha, whom he affectionately refers to as “light soup.” Martha is revealed to be his “grandmother’s younger sibling is her grandmother.”

Despite familial opposition to his relationship with Martha, Bukom Banku expressed his commitment, stating, “We knew we were cousins all along. We loved each other. Don’t mind anybody. The family opposed us, but we didn’t listen to them. We will marry.”
