Popular Kumawood director and producer, Director Famous, has shed light on the events leading up to the shooting of “A Country Called Ghana,” involving Kumawood actor Kwadwo Nkansah Lilwin and Ghallywood actor Van Vicker.
Director Famous asserts that Lilwin did not intend to bring Nigerian actor Ramsey Noah to Ghana, especially considering the presence of talented Ghanaian actors and actresses.
In an interview with One Ghana TV, Director Famous disclosed that Lilwin initially desired Van Vicker to portray the role intended for Ramsey Noah.
He revealed that plans were well underway for the movie’s production when Van Vicker unexpectedly withdrew from the project for undisclosed reasons.
Director Famous emphasized Lilwin’s intention to showcase Ghana through his film, expressing disappointment in his compatriots for their actions.
