Management of one of Africa’s most prominent football clubs, Kumasi Asante Kotoko has gifted celebrated broadcaster Frema Adunyame with a customised jersey to commemorate her birthday.
Frema Adunyame who is the head of Events and Partnerships at Channel One TV and Citi FM, celebrated her 43rd birthday on Sunday, October 20, 2024.
To celebrate her birthday, the management of the Kumasi-based team gifted her the customised jersey in recognition of her loyalty as a devoted supporter of the club.
Presenting the jersey, which has her age 43 on the back, the marketing manager/THB of the club, Abraham Sarbeng said:
“On behalf of Kumasi Asante Kotoko, the THB branch, we present the 2024/25 player version of the jersey as part of your birthday. You are a daughter of the Ashanti.”
After receiving the jersey, Frema Adunyame lauded the management of the team for their kind gesture.
“So I would like to say a very big thank you. It’s not every day that you will wake up to have a great club like Asante Kotoko come in to give you this honour. I am very humbled and I am very very grateful to know that, as a daughter of the soil, I am appreciated.”
The celebrated media personality added that ”Our live patron the occupant of the Golden stool himself, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II and to the management of Kumasi Asante Kotoko, the playing body and to all the fans and entire Asante man…I’m very humble and proud to be a daughter of the land”.
