Ghanaian Actor and Politician John Setor Dumelo, has been appointed as the Deputy Minister-Designate for Food and Agriculture.
A February 5 statement released by the Presidency had John Dumelo and others appointed Deputy Ministers-Designate for different portfolios.
John Dumelo who is a farmer and holds a degree in Civil Engineering from KNUST has for the past few years proven to be a force to reckon in the Political space after his first attempt at the Ayawaso West Wuogon seat where he failed.
He staged a comeback in the 2024 general election and won the seat.
