Canadian pop star Justin Bieber has revealed his emotional turmoil in an Instagram post made in the early hours of Monday June 16, expressing frustration with pressure to “heal” and admitting feelings of brokenness and anger.
The singer shared that efforts to meet expectations of personal growth have left him drained and self-focused, intensifying his burnout.
Bieber wrote, “The more I try to grow, the more self-focused I become, and it’s exhausting.” Despite lifelong attempts to “fix” himself as others urged, he confessed, “I know I’m broken. I know I have anger issues.”
He rejected the idea of conforming to others’ standards, noting it only fuels his exhaustion and anger.
Instead, Bieber credited his faith in Jesus as his inspiration to live selflessly, stating, “I’m tired of thinking about myself.” He aims to shift his focus to others, a sentiment he hopes resonates with fans.
