A few weeks after they had their twitter fight, Samini has congratulated John Dumelo on winning the Ayawaso West primaries for the National Democratic Congress.
He took to Twitter today to wish John well and asked that he does not toe the line of his predecessors.
“Congrats @johndumelo1 for stepping to the table and winning the 1st step. Bro, you are an inspiration to many and we the youth are in support of young people taking charge of things in politics. However, bro, we want to make a difference and not repeat the narrative #Idey4u my gee”, he tweeted.
The Twitter war started when the two celebs took to Twitter to complain about the proposed new chamber in July this year.
John Dumelo added his ‘voice’ to the trending topic on twitter, #DropThatChamber and Samini questioned him about a certain V8 that he (John) was said to have acquired during the tenure of now ex-president John Dramani Mahama.
The celebs threw jabs at each other for hours and later apologized and smoked the peace pipe.
Years ago, the ‘my own’ hitmaker, Samini disclosed his intentions of wanting to become Ghana’s president in the future.
