After touring the Pacific Ocean regions last year, Ghanaian songstress Adina has announced that artistes in those countries want to do collaborations with her.
Speaking to Nana Tuffour on Citi TV’s Saturday Live, she said already, one artiste has done a music project with her, adding that a lot more of other artistes there have asked for collaborations.
“One of the artistes wanted to do a collaboration so we came back and we worked on it. t’s for his album. There are others also asking for more,” she said.
According to her manager Kwame Farkye, the tour came about because “we realised she has a massive fan base across the South Pacific, from analytics of downloads and streams in our online shops and social media posts.”
He explained that in the wake of this, they formed a sort of partnership with a promotional company based in Australia who also have an event called Sekifest – which is what they used as the platform for the tour.
She performed at Fiji Hawaii in New Zealand, Samoa, Rarotonga (Cook Islands), Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.
