Hitz FM presenter, Frank Kwabena Owusu, also known as Franky 5, won the Gospel Show Host of the Year award at the 2021 edition of the Radio and Television Personality awards.
Franky 5 is the host of ‘This Is Gospel’ on Hitz 103.9 FM; a show that does not only focus on mainstream gospel content, but also non-traditional materials that may ordinarily not pass for the gospel.
According to him, the program is to tap into the gospel side of people whose Christian lives are hidden from the public.
A few months ago, his show was adjudged the winner of the Gospel Radio/Television Show of the Year at the Ghana National Gospel Music Awards, which was held at the Accra International Conference Centre.
Frank Kwabena Owusu, a former banker, musician, songwriter, and artiste manager, started the TIG Show on Hitz FM on August 7, 2016.
