Sports analyst, Christopher Nimley, has demonstrated his readiness to honour a call-up into the senior national football team of Ghana, Black Star.
Ghana risks being eliminated in the group stage, as the country is yet to win a match in the African Cup of Nations tournament (AFCON 2021) which is ongoing in Cameroon.
Mr. Nimley, who was speaking on Citi TV’s Scorecard show, said he is prepared to represent the nation if the Ghana Football Association (GFA) invites him.
“They (the GFA) should come and take me. Look at me, I am fit. I am fit,” he said, amid laughter from his colleague panel member, Daniel Koranteng, and the show’s host, Fentuo Tahiru.
