Paul Okoye, better known by his stage name Rudeboy, has announced the signing of a new artiste to his record label, Fire Department Inc.
The new artiste, who goes by the name Acetone, was unveiled on social media with two photos of the two men posing in firefighter costumes.
In the first photo, Rudeboy is seen placing a hard hat on Acetone’s head, officially welcoming him to the “Fire Department.”
The second photo shows Acetone holding up his hard hat with his back to the camera, proudly displaying the label name that is boldly inscribed on his costume.
Rudeboy captioned the photos, “Tunelovers, are you ready? Help me say thank you to @iamkingrudy in the comments below! #herolager #urudia.”
Acetone, for his part, described being signed to Fire Department Inc. as “winning a Grammy.” He thanked his fans for their support and promised to deliver great music.
“Every comment, share, and support feels like I just won a Grammy,” he wrote. “Thanks to my Tunelovers! #NewMusic #FireDepartment #StayTuned.”
The signing of Acetone is a major coup for Rudeboy and Fire Department Inc. Acetone is a talented singer and songwriter with a strong following on social media.
He is expected to release his debut single under the label soon.
