Musician, Okomfo Kwadee believes that Sarkodie learnt a lot from his style of music.
He believes that the Award-winning rapper’s decision to take a cue from his style is what allowed him to win a BET award.
Kwadee, who has been off the music scene for some time due to ill health, spoke in an interview.
“I can say that Sarkodie learnt my style, which helped him win BET,” he said.
He continued “I’ve a song with Sarkodie but people will say Sarkodie helped Kwadee but in Kwadee’s mentality, Sarkodie is eating because he learnt from me.
People on social media are negative and they pitch artistes against each other. So if next time I have a big song because they say Sarkodie is helping me, that will prevent me from contacting him which should not be the case,” he said.
