The organizers of the TF Hostel Artiste Night, Wave Africa, have explained why Shatta Wale was unable to perform at the TF hostel.
Reports were suggesting that Stonebwoy was involved in the cancellation of Shatta Wale’s performance. Shatta Wale himself was seen in a live video blaming Stonebwoy and insulting his family, among others, for the sabotage.
However, Wave Africa released a statement clarifying the situation. They indicated that the Dean of Students allowed the event to proceed only if Shatta Wale didn’t perform.
No reason was given for her decision to ban the performance of the Dancehall King.
