Information reaching GhanaWeekend indicates that Chef Ebenezer Smith, who announced to the entire world that he had received a certificate from the Guinness World Records for the longest cooking marathon, has been arrested over alleged fraud.
At the press conference, Chef Smith and his team showed a certificate to allay fears of disqualification after months of his attempt in Accra.
But reports GhanaWeekend have gathered is that Chef Smith was arrested by Ghanaian musician Nana Boroo after the press conference.
It is alleged that Chef Smith owed Nana Boroo an undisclosed amount of money after the chef breached a contract.
