Renowned Nigerian singer Adedamola Oyinlola Adefolahan, popularly known as Fireboy DML, has disclosed that he was considering selling rechargeable lamps before being signed to a record label.
The Nigerian star, who was signed by YBNL, owned by Olamide, who has now made a name for himself in the global market, says that was the only option at the time, as he didn’t want to sell pepper soup.
According to him, selling rechargeable lamps would have been better.
Fireboy DML, however, is no longer under the record label that saved him from selling rechargeable lamps, YBNL, owned by Nigerian rap star Olamide.
