Black Sherif has acknowledged a boyhood friend during his a performance in Toronto.
Sherif, who’s on a his iron boy tour was in Canada three days ago after performing in some cities in Europe.
During his performance in Toronto on Saturday April 12, he spotted a boyhood friend from the crowd.
Sherif acknowledged him,telling the audience about they going way back to Konongo Zongo.
He then performed his Konongo Zongo song afterwards
“There’s this guy here, Umar, my kiddie bro be that. If you come Konongo Zongo, ebi one hood, we no be related by blood be we be family. Every woman ein son be my brother. He was in class four.
“We went to the same elementary school in Konongo Zongo. So you know how it feels to perform this song with this boy here.”
