Rising artiste Alor G has attributed his steady rise in the music industry to divine grace rather than luck.
Speaking in an interview on 3 Music TV, the young artiste reflected on his journey so far, stressing that his success is rooted in faith and purpose.
Responding to a question about how he intends to sustain his growing brand in an industry where many artistes come and go, Alor G made it clear that his focus goes beyond talent and popularity.
“I want people to look at me and see God. God is real. Because it’s not luck, it’s God,” he said.
He explained that while some may attribute his rise to timing or fortune, he believes his progress is a result of divine intervention and guidance.
“If I had all that time and I was just living normally, I wouldn’t have been sitting here today. So I know that it’s God,” he added.
Alor G further emphasised that he wants his story to inspire others, urging fans and aspiring artistes not to downplay the role of faith in their journeys.
“I don’t want anybody watching to feel like it’s luck. It’s God. God first,” he stressed.
His remarks highlight a growing trend among young Ghanaian artistes who openly acknowledge spirituality as a key influence in their careers, using their platforms to inspire and connect with audiences on a deeper level.
