KinnieKings would have been the third contestant to have left the 2019 Voice Factory, but for the intervention of one of the judges.
At the 5th episode of the competition aired on Citi TV, KennieKings had the least votes.
However, Kaywa had to exercise the power of immunity to retain him in the contest.
Already, Red’M and Oye are out of the contest.
The remaining eight (8) singers will, through live performance shows, be locked in a fierce battle for the top spot which comes with a cash prize of GHc 10, 000.
This week’s performances started with Charisma who did ‘People Dey’ by Stonebwoy.
Debbie followed with ‘Your Love is My Love’ by Whitney Houston.
Gramps Morgan’s ‘Wash Away Your Tears was done by Ayjay Sam after which Idara came through with ‘Is this Love’ by Bob Marley.
Other performers on the night were Cleck Boyson who did a rendition of Stonebwoy’s ‘Run Go’ and Lina who performed ‘Man Down’ by Rihanna.
The last two Voice Factory contestants to sing were KennieKings who did justice to Tarrus Riley’s ‘He’s Royal’ and Araba who also performed Chris Tomlin’s ‘How Great Our God Is.’
The judges for this week’s episode were gospel musician Edinam Bright-Davies, music producer Kaywa and Richie Mensah, CEO of Lynx Entertainment.
‘Voice Factory’ airs on Citi TV and Citi 97.3 FM on Saturdays at 7 pm with repeats at 11:30 pm on weekdays.
