Valentine’s Day approaches and like never before the pressure to show your partner how much you love them has become enviable.
Netizens have taken to social media to reveal plans they have for their partners and one seems to have broken the weighing scale of expectations.
Every year Ghanaian men have bemoaned the idea of receiving handkerchiefs, singlets and boxer shorts as the default gifts for Valentine’s day. This time, Yaa Baby, a Ghanaian lady by the twitter handle @sophyvibes has decided to lead the way in changing that narrative.
Whiles other ladies may be looking to get other perishable goods like AirPods, Apple Watches, Gaming Consoles, etc. for their men, she has reportedly acquired a land for her boyfriend who she is not married to yet at Tse Addo— arguably one of the hot cake residential spots in the capital.
For the uninitiated, acquiring a plot of land at Tse Addo comes with a starting price $120,000, a sprinkle of unresolved litigation and many lunch dates with uncultured land guards.
She reveals how this was a reward for her man’s patience after gifting him a box of chocolates and a tie last year.
That’s not all. She is bent on making over seven billion homeless by purchasing him the world if her bank account will allow her. Obviously, on the condition that her man is of good behaviour in the years ahead.
Lol it’s funny how last year I got my man a box of chocolates and a tie. He was so grateful and I really loved that.
This year I got him an early Valentine’s Day gift; land at Tse Addo. I’d get the world for him if I could tbh🥰
Patience ❤️🤞🏾✨

Now that you have gotten to the end of this post, it seems her tweet was born out of her future self and not her present reality. Regardless, she seems to be richly in love at the moment and it is the thought that counts.
Richly in love 🙈
