Nigerian musician Mr Eazi won the Young Achiever (Male) Award at the 8th EMY Africa Awards on Saturday, October 14, 2023.
Mr Eazi was recognized for his outstanding contributions to African music and his entrepreneurial success.
He is one of the most popular and successful musicians in Africa today.
He is known for his unique blend of Afrobeats, hiplife, and dancehall music. His songs, such as “Skin Tight”, “Leg Over”, and “Patek”, have become global hits and have been streamed millions of times on music streaming platforms.
Mr Eazi has also collaborated with some of the biggest names in African music, including Wizkid, Davido, and Tiwa Savage.
In addition to his music career, Mr Eazi is also a successful entrepreneur. He is the founder of emPawa Africa, a record label and talent incubator that has helped to launch the careers of many successful African musicians.
