As KNUST students gear up for the final stretch of exams, which began three weeks ago, the campus is alive with a blend of anxious anticipation and the sweet scent of impending freedom.
With just three days left—until April 25th—before exams conclude and the much-anticipated vacation begins, students are feeling a palpable sense of relief.
Before the exams kicked off, conversations among students revealed a wide range of preparedness levels. Some radiated confidence, proclaiming their readiness to tackle any question thrown their way.
“I’m not expecting anything strange but I know I have prepared enough to face whatever comes for the exams,” an administration student shared.
In contrast, others expressed a more moderate sense of preparedness. “So far I can say I have prepared averagely but I’m expecting to perform well,” another said.
As the exam period draws to a close, students are now counting down the hours until they can trade in their textbooks for beach towels and ice cream cones. The atmosphere on campus has shifted from intense study sessions to a buzz of excitement about vacation plans.
However, amidst the celebrations, a gentle reminder looms: while students are set to enjoy a month-long break, the reality of returning to campus for more exams will soon follow.
In just three days, students will bid farewell to exam fever—at least for now—and welcome a month of relaxation before diving back into their academic pursuits. The countdown is on, and the excitement is palpable as KNUST students look forward to a well-earned respite from their studies.
